What is Nutritional Coaching?
We will always encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle, but we understand that a healthy lifestyle doesn't come from a fitness regime alone. A Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner can work with you to find balance between making healthy nutritional choices and incorporating fitness based therapy into your everyday life.
Nutritional choices and physical activity make a big impact on improvement in health when combined (... and actually followed through with!). We’ll support your journey to improve physical and mental health by discussing an appropriate nutritional plan. We’ll help you set up a food journal and support your healthy eating habits by reviewing your journal together and making suggestions for areas for improvement.

How ARE Nutritional sessions facilitated?
Our nutritional coaching sessions are automatically incorporated into all other Strong Minds services, especially personal training. We can do one-on-one consultation to review overall eating habits and areas for improvement.
