Fitness Based Therapy offers individuals one-on-one assistance with a certified Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner to support those who may be transitioning into recovery and or wanting to achieve their optimal health. While working with a skilled practitioner on a customized exercise program based on individual needs, abilities and goals, Strong Minds will be able to help you implement positive health strategies into your everyday life.

RESPITE RELIEF

Strong Minds is able to offer respite relief for family members who care for or those suffering from mental health and substance abuse.
Respite has been shown to help prolong the health and wellbeing of the person receiving care as well as providing a positive and enriching experience for the caregiver. Although families take great pride in providing care for their loved ones so they may remain in-home, that responsibility can take a physical and emotional toll on the primary caregiver. Respite relief is offered on a case by case basis providing care for a few hours or for several days; giving that caregiver a much needed rest.

IN-HOME PERSONAL OR GROUP TRAINING

A dedicated Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner will work with you or your group on a personal bases to asses and provide you or your group with a personal fitness regiment aimed at maximizing your wellbeing.


This is available in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions.
