How to HIIT for Women
Fridays 5:30-6:15pm
Designed for all female identified individuals to promote strength, build a healthy lifestyle, foster a positive body image, and increase self-esteem. We’ll be teaching high intensity interval training - alternating short periods of intense or explosive exercise with brief recovery periods.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:15-12:45pm
Tabata is a high intensity circuit type workout filled with low time intervals of maximum effort, this class will build your strength and endurance while keeping you moving through the whole class.

Balance & Strength
Thursdays 1-2pm
Join us for this dynamic program for older adults. Looking to improve your balance, strength, and prevent falls? Join our class! Our program is designed to help older adults of all abilities improve their stability and reduce their risk of falling. Our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises and movements that target key areas of the body, such as the legs, core, and upper body, to help you build strength and stability. Core & Conditioning
Fridays 12:15-1245pm
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. You will increase flexibility with little to no equipment while using your bodyweight.
The benefits of having a strong core include injury prevention, reduction of back pain, improved lifting mechanics, better balance, stability and posture. You will also have improved athletic performance.

Yoga Strong
Mondays 12:15-12:45pm
We developed Yoga Strong as a mind and body class. It’s a combination of power flow hatha yoga with exercise techniques to specifically increase strength and endurance. It offers the discipline of a hatha yoga practice as well as incorporating moderate to high intensity options.
Yoga is such a great form of exercise for people of all ages and physical abilities. Benefits of yoga include:

Yoga for 55+
Mondays 10:30- 11:15am
This class is designed to help seniors improve their overall health and well-being through gentle hatha yoga movements. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of poses that are safe and beneficial for older adults.
In this class, we will focus on improving flexibility, balance, and strength, which are all important aspects of maintaining a healthy body as we age. One of our instructors will provide modifications for each pose to ensure that everyone can participate and benefit from the class, regardless of their fitness level or physical limitations.
We will also incorporate breathing exercises and meditation to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Regular practice of yoga has been shown to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall quality of life.
So come join us for a fun and rejuvenating hatha yoga class tailored specifically for seniors. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. We look forward to seeing you there!

Chair Yoga

Looking for a relaxing way to stretch your body and calm your mind? Join our Chair Yoga class! This gentle form of yoga is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, balance and overall well-being, without having to get up and down from the floor. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of seated and standing poses, using a chair for support.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced at yoga, this class is designed to help you feel more relaxed, energized and centered. So grab a chair and join us for a rejuvenating yoga practice today!

enLIGHTment Rounds
Thursdays at 12-1pm & 6-7pm
Living every day in a frantic and unpredictable world, sometimes we can feel powerless and lose connection with having a joyful experience. Using meditation alongside mindfulness techniques is a proven and ancient practice that can help one navigate and create a life they can manage and grow to love. Even a life we can eventually thrive in.
Join Dani weekly for an hour for an open discussion and learn some of these tools; focusing on empowerment, self-awareness and mind shift work. Learn how to free ourselves from the past by reprogramming our body to a new mind and awareness – more enLIGHTened. The goal is to achieve a Mind, Body and Spirit focus and balance. End the hour with a guided meditation to re-establish connection and grounding energy.

FOR KIDS
Yoga for Youths
Mondays 4-4:45pm
This class is designed to introduce children to the wonderful world of hatha yoga in a fun and engaging way. Through a series of poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, children will learn how to connect with their bodies and minds, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm.
Yoga is a great way for kids to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, while also improving focus, concentration, and self-awareness. One of our wellness providers will guide your child through each pose and ensure that they are practicing safely and mindfully.
We welcome children of all ages and abilities, and encourage parents to join in the fun! By the end of the class, your child will feel energized, relaxed, and ready to take on the day. We can't wait to see you on the mat!

This educational interactive mind and body programs includes an education component, fitness-based therapy, and nutrition with a focus on self esteem, self worth, self love, and emotional literacy.
This program is facilitated by one of our Registered Health and Exercise Practitioners and one of our Registered Social Workers.
