Focusing on improving muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. The focus will be on movements that simulate and enhance activities of daily life. Low-intensity class for all levels of fitness.
Wednesday
Beat the Heat Boot Camp
Discipline-oriented with a focus on full body stretching, cardio, and strength training. Alternating between high and low-intensity exercises.
Friday
HIIT the Outdoors
Outdoor High-intensity interval training- alternating short periods of intense or explosive exercise with brief recovery periods.
